Returns
Within 30 days - You must return your product within 30 days of purchasing it:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We refuse returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within any applicable return days specified by your bank.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please send us an email with photo proof of compliance to support@cowboyhood.com and send your item to:
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail the gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and he will be aware of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail the product to the shipping address.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
